This policy applies to customers in the United States who purchase directly from olivo-store.com or authorized OLIVO retailers.

1. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects within the warranty period.

  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

  • Customers must provide a valid proof of purchase to request warranty service.

2. 30-DAY FREE REPLACEMENT & RETURN POLICY

If a product has a manufacturer defect within 30 days of receipt, the customer may:

  • Request a replacement (OLIVO covers round-trip shipping).

  • Request a refund (per OLIVO’s Return & Refund Policy).

Note: If the product is damaged in transit or the wrong item is delivered, please contact OLIVO Support for a replacement. Refunds are not available in this case.

  • Note: Replacement products under warranty will inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product or have a minimum 3-month warranty, whichever is longer.

4. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

OLIVO does not cover:

  • Products past the warranty period.

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or natural disasters.

  • Wear and tear of consumable parts such as blades, cups, lids, etc. (Replacement parts can be purchased at olivo-store.com)

  • Repairs performed by unauthorized service providers.

  • Products without valid proof of purchase.

If a product is not eligible for warranty service, OLIVO may offer a paid repair service. Please contact admin@olivo-store.com for a quote.

5. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

  • Step 1: Verify that the product is within the warranty period.
  • Step 2: Prepare proof of purchase and a detailed issue description.
  • Step 3: Submit a request via admin@olivo-store.com.
  • Step 4: If approved, OLIVO will provide return instructions.
  • Step 5: Ship the product to the service center following OLIVO’s instructions.

This warranty policy complies with U.S. consumer protection laws. Some states may grant customers additional rights.
