Warranty Policy
This policy applies to customers in the United States who purchase directly from olivo-store.com or authorized OLIVO retailers.
1. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The warranty covers manufacturing defects within the warranty period.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Customers must provide a valid proof of purchase to request warranty service.
2. 30-DAY FREE REPLACEMENT & RETURN POLICY
If a product has a manufacturer defect within 30 days of receipt, the customer may:

Request a replacement (OLIVO covers round-trip shipping).

Request a refund (per OLIVO’s Return & Refund Policy).
Note: If the product is damaged in transit or the wrong item is delivered, please contact OLIVO Support for a replacement. Refunds are not available in this case.

- Note: Replacement products under warranty will inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product or have a minimum 3-month warranty, whichever is longer.
4. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
OLIVO does not cover:

Products past the warranty period.

Damage due to misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or natural disasters.

Wear and tear of consumable parts such as blades, cups, lids, etc. (Replacement parts can be purchased at olivo-store.com)

Repairs performed by unauthorized service providers.

Products without valid proof of purchase.
If a product is not eligible for warranty service, OLIVO may offer a paid repair service. Please contact admin@olivo-store.com for a quote.
5. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
- Step 1: Verify that the product is within the warranty period.
- Step 2: Prepare proof of purchase and a detailed issue description.
- Step 3: Submit a request via admin@olivo-store.com.
- Step 4: If approved, OLIVO will provide return instructions.
- Step 5: Ship the product to the service center following OLIVO’s instructions.
